CCTV Policy

Scallywags Soft Play Stonehaven operates CCTV cameras throughout the premises for the safety and security of all visitors, staff and property.

Purpose

The CCTV system is in place to:

• Protect the safety of children, visitors and staff
• Prevent and detect crime
• Assist in identifying, apprehending and prosecuting offenders

Data Retention

CCTV footage is retained for a limited period in line with data protection regulations and is only accessed when necessary.
